Low rpm small water driver turbines for small scale electricity production

Low-head, low rpm mini-hydro, if possible as slow as 300rpm. The dam will be not more than 2.5 meters high
range of capacity in kW: Minimum output 10KVA, up 3Phase current, 230Volt if you want to buy the whole aggregates (turbines + generator) or turbines only: turbines + generator + training and installation.
